The Baqueira Beret ski area is located in a beautiful valley in the Val d`Aran in the province of Lleida. This area belongs to the Catalan Pyrenees and is part of the unique national park of Catalonia, the AigĂĽestortes Sant Maurici.

The slopes themselves are between 1500 and 2510 meters above sea level. They are very open and spacious. Some of the slopes are very idyllically delimited by the forest.

In the 1960s, the Baqueira Beret ski area was founded and it was divided into three areas: Baqueira, Beret and Bonaigua. Baqueira-Beret faces west and is the preferred ski area with an altitude difference of more than 1000 meters. As a rule, the best snow and slope conditions prevail here.

The whole valley offers an original character with 33 villages and many Romanesque churches in 9 towns. The capital is Viella. Here, but also directly in the ski area, you will find excellent accommodation options that will inspire you. Blissair will of course be happy to help you find a suitable hotel.

A few information about the ski area itself:
