The Cannes Yachting Festival 2020 was canceled on August 21st due to local restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now the Cannes Yachting Festival 2021 will finally take place from September 7th to 12th.

The boat show was founded in Cannes in 1977 and has been held in the beautiful French city every September since then. Almost 600 boats, including motor yachts, super yachts, catamarans, tenders and sailing yachts, will be exhibited during the festival.

The in-water show in Cannes Bay takes place in two of the city's ports, the Vieux Port and Port Pierre Canto.

How is the festival organized?
The locations of the festival were changed in 2019 - all sailing yachts are now exhibited in Port Canto at the other end of the Croisette, so that motor boats can fill the original location of Vieux Port. The brokerage sector remained in Port Canto as usual.

The two locations are optimally connected by regular sea and bus shuttle services. They run every 15 minutes. Visitors only need to present their show tickets to access these free services.

With the changes two years ago, the organizers were able to create 1,000 meters of additional berth - enough for 529 ships on the water.

What's the best way to get to the festival?
From Nice Airport you can take a direct shuttle bus to Cannes, or you can take buses 200 and 210. Of course, taxis are also available or, on request, a helicopter shuttle service.
